 本土化建築工程自動化技術開發個案研究

以信昌電子研究辦公大樓新建工程為例

        根據過去幾年的推動經驗顯示,引進或採用建築工程自動化技術或機具的政策目標未必能與廠商經營目標契合,且在執行過程中實際成果與規畫期待落差甚大。因此,有必要將具有示範功能的本土化自動化技術開發個案之「系統特徵」、「開發過程」與「關鍵技術」等細節加以詳細整理、公開研討,以協助更多廠商有成效的投入自行開發與採用自動化施工技術,達到推廣自動化目的。

        本文內容主要是將成功之本土化建築工程自動化技術開發個案-信昌電子研究辦公大樓,由規畫設計、施工計畫、組件生產至實際施工等過程中,每一階段的工作詳細整理,內容包括 (1)專案設計內容與發展過程 (2)設計及施工之介面與整合 (3)工法之評估與設計 (4)施工計畫與施工管理 (5)綜合比較檢討。其中特別要將關鍵性作業及工法評選準則,設計與施工間之檢討與互動等內容及圖表加以記錄分析,以提供國內其他具有潛力的廠商作為自行開發或引進自動化工法的一個參考範例。

Adaptive Building Construction Autom ation Technology

By Taking Taiwan Cement Corp. R & D Laboratory As A Case Study

ABSTRACT

    According to previous experience in promoting building construction automation, the policy of using and adopting construction automation technologies may not  coincide with private entity’s business objectives. The actual contribution does not match with the expectation and cost effectiveness. As a result, it is necessary to studyclassify and discuss a few successfully applied cases in Taiwan to assist  private enterprises adopting efficiently and developing their own technologies. By examining and discussing some applied cases in Taiwan, construction enterprises can learn about different construction technologies and their delivering processes, and  use and adopt the best results to work out their own way of building construction automation.

    This report introduces detailed works during all construction phases of the successfully applied case of the Taiwan Cement Corporation R & D Laboratory in Taoyuan Taiwan. Beginning with the designingconstruction planningcomponent production through to the actual constructing phase and final completion. These detail works for every step of construction include the following issues:

1. Project design context and its developing process;

2. Integration of interfaces between building design and construction;

3. Construction methods design and evaluation;

4. Construction process planning and management;

5. Project overall evaluation.

    By evaluating and establishing guidelines of construction technologies and key production methods, we document and analyze the interface between design and construction by their context and diagram. We provide the potential construction enterprises with a way of developing their own technologies and with an ideal construction automation reference.
